Both hotels are fitted with extremely efficient soundproof windows. There are also many rooms in both hotels that give onto the inner courtyard. Are there non-smoker rooms in your hotels?
In both hotels there are not only non-smoker rooms, but also non-smoker floors.

Is there a sauna or fitness area?
We do not have a special fitness area. However, guests of the KING’s First Class can use the Relaxanum with sauna, heated lounger and relaxation room free of charge. And the best thing: the First Class Hotel guests have exclusive access, the Relaxanum is not open to the public as such areas are in other hotels.

What about cleanliness in the hotels?

How good are the mattresses of the four-poster beds in the KING’s HOTELs?
You sleep on so-called box springs and mattresses with pocketed springs. These provide optimum body weight transfer whilst you sleep. Superb comfort, not too hard and not too soft.

How far is it from the hotel in Munich to the station?

How far away is the Munich airport?
Exactly 40 kilometres or 25 miles. You can reach the airport in about 45 minutes by urban railway from the main station. Even more convenient is the Lufthansa coach that leaves from the north side of the station. The main station is only 300 metres from the KING’s Hotels.

How do I best reach the hotel by car?

There is a public multi-storey car park right next to the KING’s Center Hotel in the Marsstrasse, which can be reached in two minutes from both hotels. If you have booked the KING's First Class hotel, you can park your car in the courtyard of the hotel.

What is the quickest way to get to the trade fair centre in Riem?
You can be there in just 35 minutes. The underground runs every 10 minutes from Munich main station to the trade fair entrances. It couldn't be more convenient. That is best when you want to celebrate longer in the evening at the trade fair.
